Cut 10kg in 3 weeks Silver medal

I had the pleasure of meeting Paul at our BJJ club. After hearing about his incredible weight loss journey I asked for his assistance in cutting weight for an upcoming BJJ tournament. Originally we was meant to put together a plan for a few weeks but after catching covid I was unable to train/diet, this left me in a position where I needed to lose 10kg in 3 weeks.

Paul put together a diet plan and suggested additional supplements to assist with recovery. He also put together a guide on refuelling and replenishing my muscles after cutting. I am pleased to say that I made weight successfully and managed to secure a silver medal and submission of the night bonus. I truly do not believe I would have made weight and performed as well as I did without Paul and his guidance.

1) How did you feel when we first started to work together?
A) excited but also nervous as it was a huge amount of weight to lose in a short time (not your fault at all) it's the lightest I've been for probably 10 years
2) How do you feel now, and after the event?
A) HUNGRY!!! 🤣🤣 I felt good, I feel like I've learnt loads from you in such a short space of time. I've also added Vitamin D to my daily supplements so thanks again!
3) What have you learnt in our time working together?
A) I've learnt to have a better relationship with food, learnt the importance of staying ready as opposed to getting ready. I've learnt a few new dishes I'm also a huge fan of the grapes, peanut butter, jam and cottage cheese snack.
4) What would you say to someone who is thinking of working with me?
A) I'd recommend you to both athletes and people looking to improve their health in general. You're a real knowledgeable guy, I know there's thousands of people out there who would benefit greatly from your services.
5) What did I help you achieve?
A) Strongly believe my result was down to your assistance cutting weight as if I didn't make the weight I wouldn't have been able to compete. You even helped with the training and gave me some tough rounds.

First of all, I'd like to say a massive thank you to Paul for all of the guidance and help he has given me over the past 6 weeks. It was so nice having someone checking up on me and making sure that I was able to stick to the course but never to the extent where it felt like pressure as the balance was perfect.

I came to Paul for help as I have been exercising for a good few years now, but I had never seen drastic results, even though I thought I was doing everything right (which I most definitely wasn't). It came to a point where I realised if I wanted to progress more than I had been already, I needed to seek a professional's help and Paul provided exactly that. He gave me all the information and tools I needed to kick start my fitness and nutrition plan and the knowledge I have gained will be applicable throughout the course of my life.

I had never done anything like this before, so at first I was a bit sceptical as to whether it was going to be too much to take on or too hard to stick to, but I was surprised how fast it all just became a routine and now I don't even need to think about going to the gym or eating a nutritious meal, it is just the norm.

Thanks to Paul's help, I can easily say this is the best I have ever felt, both physically and mentally. Not only that but due to the fact that I have seen this sort of improvement in such a short space of time, I honestly cannot wait to see what shape I will be in over the next few months.

Before I started the course, I had never really had any cooking experience at all. Paul would regularly send me new recipes for me to try out which always tasted amazing and had great recipe breakdowns so it was easy to follow, even for someone with little experience in the kitchen. I am now very confident when cooking, making all my meals using fresh ingredients, which I will continue to do as I feel so much better overall now that I am getting a healthy balanced diet, which also contributed massively to my gym gains. Paul also gave me information on how to dissect my gym days best so that I would get the most efficient coverage for all muscle groups, as well as new routines I had never tried before and exactly how the different nutrients I was consuming would impact my body to help me reach my goals.

If I could give any advice to someone considering using Paul's services, it would be that you have to want to smash the course just as much as Paul wants you to. Paul can give you all the advice, tools, information and help that you could possibly need, then you have to put it the extra effort to reach your goals and trust me, the hard work definitely pays off.

Paul gave me everything I needed to get the most out of the 6 week course and more. He showed me how to take control of my diet and thinking about what I eat + planning my food, rather than simply eating the first thing I see. He has also given me fundamental skills which I will continue to implement in my day to day life.

Overall, it has been a pleasure to work with Paul. The help and encouragement he provided was far beyond the level and quality I was expecting. He really is the sort of person that truly wants to see you succeed and that was evident throughout our course and even now after the 6 weeks has finished.
